Jesus said, \u201cLook at the birds. They don\u2019t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren\u2019t you far more valuable to him than they are? Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? You can dedicated a decade of anxious thoughts to the brevity of life and not extend it by one minute. Worry accomplishes nothing.\u201d
\nJesus doesn\u2019t condemn legitimate concern for responsibilities. It\u2019s the continuous mind-set of worry that dismisses God\u2019s presence. It subtracts God from the future, faces uncertainties with no faith, and tallies up the challenges of the day without entering God into the equation.
\nJesus said, \u201cWhatever you ask for in prayer, believe you have received it, and it will be yours!\u201d
\nLet God be enough!<\/p>\n
in Matthew 6:34, \u201cSo don\u2019t ever worry about tomorrow. After all, tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.\u201d
\nFace challenges in stages. You can\u2019t control your temper forever, but you can control it for the next hour.
\nRemember, you last the long race by running the short ones!Some of us have postgraduate degrees from the University of Anxiety. We got to sleep worried that we won\u2019t wake up. We wake up worried that we didn\u2019t sleep. We worry that someone will discover that lettuce was fattening all along.<\/p>\n
Wouldn\u2019t you love to stop worrying? Could you use a strong shelter from life\u2019s harsh elements? God offers you just that. The possibility of a worry-free life. Not just less worry\u2013but no worry.<\/p>\n
Philippians 4:7 says \u201cHis peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n
Worry is an option, not an assignment. Be quick to pray. Rather than worry about anything, Scripture says, \u201cpray about everything.\u201d Focus less on the problem ahead and more on the victories behind. In everything\u2013let your requests be made known to God!<\/p>\n
Do your part, and God will do his.<\/p>\n
