Be Happy

Do you get up each day exited about your future? are you enjoying your family? your friends? if not what is stealing your joy? and causing you to get upset? why are you worried? identify what it is, take inventory & then take it one step further . We can make a small change- a minor adjustment in our attitude.

When you get up in the morning you may feel discouraged or depressed, you may not feel like going to work but instead of dragging through the day, we should say ” THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE I’M GOING TO ENJOY IT, I’M GOING TO BE HAPPY”.

Speak that out by faith

every time you do you are retraining your mind, you are forming a new habit of happiness.

Train your mind to see the good, be grateful for what you have and get rid of any negative conditioned responses.
